Can I order to my workplace or friends house?

Yes, you can order to your workplace or a friend's house, but there is a condition. You are welcome to have your order delivered to an alternative address if it is not your first order with us. For your first order, we require delivery to the address associated with your account as part of our security and verification process. However, for subsequent orders, you have the flexibility to choose a different delivery location that is convenient for you. Please keep in mind that we prioritize the safety and security of our customers and their orders.

Can I send my eTransfer once my delivery arrives?

No, we require the eTransfer payment to be sent before a driver is dispatched with your order. It is essential that we receive your eTransfer payment in advance to ensure a smooth and timely delivery process. If we do not receive your eTransfer before the cutoff time of the time slot you chose, we may need to reschedule your delivery for the next available time slot. This policy helps us maintain efficient operations and provide you with the best possible service. Please ensure you complete your payment as instructed to avoid any delays in receiving your order.

How do I track my delivery?

once your order is dispatched, you will receive a text message with a link to track your delivery driver in real-time.

How long does delivery take with MushroomDelivery.ca?

At MushroomDelivery.ca, we understand the importance of timely deliveries. We offer same-day delivery with convenient 2-hour time slot windows to accommodate your schedule. These time slots are as follows: 

10:00 AM - 12:00 PM 

12:00 PM - 2:00 PM 

2:00 PM - 4:00 PM 

4:00 PM - 6:00 PM 

6:00 PM - 8:00 PM 

8:00 PM - 10:00 PM

 To ensure you receive your order within your preferred time slot, please note that we have a cutoff time for each slot. The cutoff time is set 15 minutes before the time slot starts. For example, if you wish to receive your order in the 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM time slot, you should place your order before 9:45 AM. Orders placed after the cutoff time will be scheduled for the next available time slot.

When is your last call of the day?

Our last call to receive your order for the 8-10PM timeslot is at 745PM 7 days a week. 

Do you offer discreet packaging & Delivery?

Absolutely. We understand the importance of discreet packaging and delivery. Your order will be packaged discreetly and securely to protect your privacy. Nothing will mention what is in your package.

What is the Age restriction to order?

Lower Mainland, British Columbia (BC): You must be 19 years of age or older to place an order for magic mushrooms in the Lower Mainland, BC.

 

Calgary, Alberta (AB): If you are placing an order in Calgary, AB, you must be 18 years of age or older.

Do you charge tax?

No, we do not charge tax separately. All prices you see on our platform are the total prices, and tax is already included in the displayed amount. We believe in transparent pricing, and our goal is to provide you with a straightforward and hassle-free shopping experience. When you see a price for our products or services, it already accounts for any applicable taxes, ensuring that you know the exact cost upfront.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash on arrival or E-Transfer. Payment details can be found during the checkout process.

Why Does you Etransfer Auto deposit have a different name?

Our E-transfer accounts change frequently. Please do not hesitate if the Autodeposit account is different from your last order. As long as your email address is correct, we will receive your transfer!

Is my personal information secure when I order from MushroomDelivery.ca?

Yes, we take your privacy seriously. We employ robust security measures to protect your personal information.  All ID uploads are removed from our system within 24hrs. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

Refund & Returns

Do you offer refunds or returns?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products, we are unable to provide any refund or returns on any products. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us via email at mushroomdeliverycanada@gmail.com. We will try our best to workout a solution.

My Product was damaged or spoiled

At Mush Delivery, we do daily expiry date checks on all of our products. However, sometimes a product can be missed or a product can get damaged upon delivery.

If your order had spoiled products or are damaged, please contact us immediately via live chat, phone or email and we will exchange any products that are damaged or spoiled.
