What is your age restriction to order?

You must be 18 years of age to order from Mushroomdelivery.ca if you are in Alberta.

All other provinces require you to be 19+ to order.

Mushroom Delivery provides complimentary shipping for all orders exceeding $150 after applied discounts. Orders below this threshold will incur a shipping fee calculated according to your location:

Do you offer discreet packaging & Delivery?

Yes, we prioritize discreet packaging for all orders. Our packages are intentionally void of any external markings or indications of their contents. Additionally, items that may emit odors are vacuum-sealed to maintain confidentiality and ensure discretion throughout the shipping process. Your privacy and satisfaction are important to us, and we take every precaution to deliver your products discreetly and securely.

Is there same day delivery available?

We currently operate as mail order only. Orders ship quickly via Canada Post, typically arriving in 1–2 business days for most locations in BC and Alberta. all other regions are 3-4 days. Ensure you place your order before 1pm for it to be shipped out same day.

I didn't get an email confirmation for after placing a delivery?

First, check your spam or junk folder. If you still don't see it, please reach out to us with your order details and we'll resend your confirmation.

How do i pay for my order after i click place order?

After placing your order, you'll be redirected to our secure payment partner at SCLoungerentals.ca. Follow the instructions to complete payment via credit card or e-transfer. This new method improves security and privacy for both you and us.

Do you charge tax?

No, we do not charge tax separately. All prices you see on our platform are the total prices, and tax is already included in the displayed amount. We believe in transparent pricing, and our goal is to provide you with a straightforward and hassle-free shopping experience. What payment methods do you accept?

Why Does your Etransfer Auto deposit have a different name?

Our E-transfer accounts change frequently. Please do not hesitate if the Autodeposit account is different from your last order. As long as your email address is correct, we will receive your transfer!

Can I send my E-transfer once my order is shipped?

No, We require the Interac E-transfer or Credit Card payment to be sent through our secure payment method SCLoungerentals and received before we ship any orders.

My Product was damaged or spoiled

At Mush Delivery, we do daily expiry date checks on all of our products. However, sometimes a product can be missed or a product can get damaged upon delivery.

If your order had spoiled products or are damaged, please contact us immediately via email and we will exchange any products that are damaged or spoiled.
